CB Wants YOU!
I want YOU to run for the Board of Directors!
Connecticut Belair is a home away from home for many of us. It’s a place to relax and recharge, exercise, catch up with friends. It’s a safe place for our kids to hang out in the sunshine, swimming and playing and making new friendships.
Our pool is in great shape right now. Within the last several years we’ve resurfaced the tennis and basketball courts, updated the physical plant, and built a new playground. Now, with our new pool whitecoat, tile, coping, and all new deck, it’s almost like CB is a brand new pool.
But CB needs you to help make sure we maintain our fantastic community. A team of 12 volunteers leads the management and oversight of our pool. Yep, I’m talking about the Board of Directors — and we need you.
Several board members have been serving a long time and are ready to step down and away from a leadership role at CB — they’re ready to pull up a lounge chair and relax.
Please consider stepping up. Give a little time, a little expertise back to the CB community. The board meets once a month in the off season and biweekly in summer. Folks are needed to give oversight to things like social events, marketing/membership, sports/recreation, etc.
