The postcard Ballots are out and you should find them in your mail box! Please vote and return them to the front desk before next weekend!

I have had a few questions regarding the assessment. The ONE TIME amount for a family membership is $500.00 for a 2-parrty, individual or senior membership it is $300.00.

·       If you make one payment on or before December 31, 2010 you will receive a 10 person guest pass

·       OR you can pay the assessment divided over 3 years

·       New members to CB pay ONLY the new initiation fees

·       If you are standing member of CB as of 2010 (this includes those active back to 2008) then you would be required to pay the assessment upon paying your dues

·       Seniors who join individually with their spouse will need to join in 2011 as a 2-party in order to only pay one assessment
